What is "Quarterly Billing?"....You will be billed for each quarter year (3 months) on one bill. Each bill will be delivered in the last month of the previous paid quarter.

What goes in what bins? .... Paper and flattened cardboard go in one bin and plastic, glass and aluminum are comingled in the other.

What time is pick-up and what if I miss a pick-up time?.... Please have your bins at the curb by 7AM. If you miss us call to make arraingments for pick up.

What if I have too much for my bins?....Please place your overflow recycling into plastic bags and separate it as you would in the bins.

What happens in severe weather?....Pick-up will be delayed in the event of severe weather. Please keep your bins in a secure location until your next scheduled pick-up day.

What happens on HOLIDAYS?....We DON’T WORK on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day. When these holidays affect the service day we work on a slide. Example: Thanksgiving (always Thursday) off Thursday…Thursday route run Friday…Friday routes run Saturday.
