TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The card holder agrees to a commitment of 6 months of weekly recycling pick-up service with St. Pete Recycling Solutions (SPRS) starting on the day the form is submitted for recurring payments charged to a valid credit card. The card holder agrees to allow SPRS to bill the amount of $15 to their valid credit card once a month for 6 consecutive months starting on the day the initial payment is processed.

CANCELLATION AT END OF TERM

Payments will continue to be billed to the submitted credit card after the initial commited 6 payments unless a written request to end the service is received by SPRS 30 days before the last day covered in this agreement. At any time after the initial commited term of service, the card holder may cancel service by sumitting a written request to end service. Service will be terminated and the card will no longer be billed for service within 30 days of receipt of this request.

EARLY CANCELLATION

A service fee of $10 will be charged to the submitted valid credit card for early cancellation. Early cancellation will require a written request and will be executed within 30 days of SPRSs receipt of the early cancellation request.

CARD EXPIRATION, CHANGE OF CARD

Please contact SPRS at 727 452-5278 if your card expires or is cancelled for any reason. If a new valid card is not available you will be required to submit a payment within 30 days for the remainder of your service term or early service termination fees will apply.
